Do you offer refunds?
At this time, Honëlo does not offer refunds. To ensure you find your perfect fit, we accept size exchanges only, subject to availability.
How do I create a return for an exchange?
To start your exchange process, please email us at info@honelo.ca with your order number and the size you would like to receive. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the instructions for your return shipment.
How soon will my exchange be processed?
Once your return is received and inspected at our Montreal facility, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days, subject to the availability of the requested size.
Are returns for exchange free?
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for an exchange. However, Honëlo will cover the shipping cost of the new exchanged item sent back to you.
Can I return a sale item?
Items purchased during a promotional sale or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange.
Can I cancel or make changes to the order I just placed?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@honelo.ca. We process orders quickly to get your swim essentials to you as soon as possible; once our facility has processed your order, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
What items are non-exchangeable?
For hygiene reasons, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and with the hygiene liner intact. Items that show signs of wear or have the liner removed will be returned to the customer at their expense.
What is the timeframe for an exchange?
To be eligible for an exchange, your request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
If I ordered something and now it's on sale, will you match the new price?
We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after a purchase has been confirmed.
Can I cancel my order without being charged?
Once an order is confirmed in our system, the payment is processed. If you contact us before the order is fulfilled, we may be able to facilitate a cancellation, but this is not guaranteed due to our rapid processing times.
What if I receive a faulty item?
Every Honëlo piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@honelo.ca with photos of the defect. We will prioritize your replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.
