Shipping and Delivery

We ship our collections to sun-seekers in the following destinations:

• North America: Canada & United States.
• Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
• Oceania: Australia & New Zealand
• Asia: Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and South Korea.
• Middle East: Israel & United Arab Emirates.

Please note: Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Québec & Ontario

• Enjoy a flat shipping rate of $4.99 on all orders.
• Complimentary shipping is provided on all orders over $150 CAD.

Rest of Canada

• A shipping fee of $9.95 applies to all orders.
• Complimentary shipping is provided on all orders over $150 CAD.

All orders are shipped with tracked shipping via Chit Chats and their carrier partners to ensure your swim essentials arrive safely.

Shipping rates for orders outside of Canada depend on your location and the weight of your package. To get an accurate quote:

1. Add your favorite Honëlo pieces to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address.
3. Our system will automatically calculate the best available shipping rates for your destination.

Note: For orders to the USA, Asia, Middle East, Europe, and Oceania, please be aware that potential customs duties or local taxes are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Our team works hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, here are the estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 2 to 7 business days.
• United States: 5 to 10 business days.
• Europe: 7 to 15 business days.
• Oceania, Asia & Middle East: 10 to 20 business days.

Please note that these are estimates and do not include the 1-3 business days required for processing your order. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way!

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Honëlo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once tracking has been provided, Honëlo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. However, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you in the process.

At this time, Honëlo does not offer refunds. To ensure you find your perfect fit, we accept size exchanges only, subject to availability.

Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible, your request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• The hygiene liner must still be intact.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges (unless the item received was defective or incorrect).

How to start an exchange: Please contact us at info@honelo.ca with your order number to begin the process.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately. While we process orders quickly, we will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the package has not yet left our facility. Once an order has been shipped, no modifications can be made.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

For Canadian orders, applicable federal and provincial sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your package's journey directly via the carrier's website.

If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at info@honelo.ca. While we process orders quickly, we will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the package has not yet left our facility. Once an order has been shipped, no further modifications can be made.

While most orders arrive within 2–3 business days, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier volume which are outside of Honëlo’s control. If your parcel is delayed, please first reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of our shipping partners. Honëlo does not hold responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We encourage you to contact the carrier directly to open an inquiry. However, please feel free to reach out to us afterward—we will always do our best to assist you in the process.

We are generally unable to redirect orders once they have been confirmed. However, please contact us as soon as possible to see if it’s not too late to update your details before shipping. Please triple-check your address at checkout, as Honëlo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
